Experience. Educate. Enhance.
When it comes to patient satisfaction, in the end, the fit is everything. No matter how advanced the design, or how well the contact lens would work, if the proper parameters aren't used, the lens won't be either. That’s where CIBA Vision Custom Consultation Services comes in.
CIBA Vision is proud to maintain a consultation service that is second to none in the industry.
With nearly 150 years of combined optical experience in both soft and gas permeable lenses, our consultants and licensed opticians have a simple, but critical mission — to answer the questions, solve the issues, and provide the expert service you expect of CIBA Vision.
Our goal is to help you enhance the service you provide to your patients. We do this by helping you properly fit your patients in one of our extensive lines of custom lens products.
Among our services:
- Initial lens fitting recommendations for soft and gas permeable lenses, including SoftPerm®
- Troubleshooting existing difficult fittings
- Lens recommendations
- Over-refraction calculation and subsequent lens determination
- Use our lens calculator to identify the appropriate contact lens prescription.
Feel free to call us, even when a patient is in your chair, at 1-800-241-7468 from 9:00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. You can also call us after hours, leave a message, and we’ll call you back with an answer the following business day.
You’ll appreciate consulting with the professionals at CIBA Vision’s Custom Consultation Service…and we’ll appreciate helping.
